VENUE

The legendary Hippodrome Theatre opened on November 23, 1914 and, for over 70 years, served as a movie palace that also showcased some of the top vaudeville performances of the time. It shuttered briefly and reopened with stunning renovation in 2004 as The France-Merrick Performing Arts Center.
