Absolute Beginners' mission is to take familiar (and a few not-so-familiar) '60s and '70s pop and soul tunes and to rework them in a style inspired by acts like early Small Faces, Who and especially The Jam. Although Absolute Beginners started life purely as a covers band, the itch to create original material is beginning to creep in...guess the saying is "Watch This Space"!
