Combining technical metal and post-hardcore instincts, Ontario's Protest The Heros started as many bands do - with a common musical passion found among high school friends and working hard on developing their own identity. As their music was getting noticed around the country, they won Best Indie Metal Band in 2004 and had multiple appearances on the Canadian music channel MuchMusic.
