New Orleans rap duo $uicideboy$ rose from the dark corners of the underground, merging hip-hop with a punk and occult aesthetic fit for graveyards and clubs alike. The duo grew up together but initially veered down different paths. Ruby dabbled in punk rock, while Scrim was a DJ and songwriter. When they joined the result was a dark blend of horrorcore with booming bass and drugged-out rhymes.
