Debi Allen started her career as an agent when she joined Billy Marsh Associates in 1993. She set up a talent agency RDF Management for the RDF Group. In 2009 she set up DAA Management. She was co-chair of the PMA from 2014 to 2018 and now remains on the council. In May 2017 she joined Curtis Brown.
