The Comedy Village was created by comedian Rob Rouse in 2018. He wanted to bring the best stand up comedy to the small villages in the Peak District. His dream was to create evenings full of laughter, that would bring small communities together, reducing the need for people to have to travel into the cities to find entertainment and culture.
