London-based Dubliner Louis Brennan is a singer and songwriter in the folk tradition. Other contemporary folk signers turn to traditional touch points for inspiration, Brennan's muses are the repressed middle manager and ennui-ridden urbanites of late-stage capitalism. Often basing his music on tales of bad sex, half-drunk night bus journeys through suburbia and crushing existential anxiety.
