A unique live music experience hosted by BBC Radio 2 and Hackney’s very own Trevor Nelson and DJ Spoony. Starring Chineke! Orchestra and the LJ Singers directed by Chris Cameron, it explores the sounds and irresistible grooves of Funk, Soul, Lover’s Rock, 2-Tone, Jazz and UK Garage. Joining Chineke! are guest singers Alison Limerick, Elisabeth Troy, Rhoda Dakar and saxophonist Courtney Pine.
