The Teatro Augusteo was, and remains, one of Naples' most beautiful theatres. Located in the heart of Naples on a small square just off Via Toledo, it first opened in November 1929. Imposing in structure, with a profusion of marble and decorative moldings, the theatre retains its aristocratic style and continues to offer grandiose programming.
