VENUE

The Chequers Inn is a beautiful Grade II listed traditional country village pub in Ticknall, Derbyshire, UK. Though chiefly built of stone, the top few courses are brick and its age is given away by a large ingle-nook fireplace in the bar. There is an equally large saloon off the main bar and a third room to the rear of the pub.
